This morning I wanted a simple breakfast for the boys, one to satisfy their sweet tooth, and to give them a good protien source. I put a small apple, a half cup of yogurt, and a half cup of cottage cheese in a bowl. My mom tells me that their are many different types of protien, and the protien in yogurt digests fast, while the stuff in cottage cheese digests more slowly, and helps keep you full longer. Anyways, the boys enjoyed the food. 🙂
